Project Description:

Buildcom Construction had been contracted to complete a Design and Construct. Our client’s tenant requested to be involved with the overall design process to ensure their needs were being met. Specific requirements for the new purpose built facility included; dry store, freezer room, cool room, anti-room and load dock with leveler. The load dock design must take into consideration the very strict local council car bay requirements as they provided no leniency at time of design.

Customised Solution:

The facility would receive and dispatch dry and frozen goods on a daily basis. The load dock with dock leveler had been designed and constructed to suit standard delivery trucks to semi-trailers whilst still complying with local council’s strict requirements for car bays and delivery bays.

The warehouse fitout required specialised areas to store goods received prior to being dispatched to their customers. We list these features below.
