Buildcom Construction is WA owned and operated Commercial Construction Company. We have a diverse set of capabilities and in today’s budget-driven construction world we can deliver pre-construction feasibility, budgeting and time management for all commercial projects. The Director and Builder of Buildcom has a vast knowledge of the building and construction industry. During his time in the industry he has successfully been involved in projects that total well over $100m. His knowledge extends to property development and is capable of overseeing the feasibility in projects. Andy’s success derives from comprehensive due diligence, detailed financial analysis, and proactive management. We selected Andy from Buildcom Construction to build our Warehouse Office block. He not only helped with design & layout he also helped find a suitable block in Phoenix Park Bibra Lake for us.

The plans were submitted to the Shire and once approved building commenced and was completed within time and budget.
