Project Description:

WA Based company Veale Auto Parts engaged Buildcom Construction to complete a Design and Construct for their first Distribution Centre. The Client requested design input and expressed their vision which Buildcom brought to life. Due to the high volume of goods being stored at the premises at any one time, a Fire Suppression System was installed onsite.

Customised Solution:

Buildcom designed and constructed a canopy attached to the warehouse to help facilitate the high volume of daily deliveries while being protected from weather changes. The trucks entering and existing the site required easy access and exit points. The canopy allowed the trucks to safely load and unload undercover without the need for reversing, the rear of the building allowed ease of access to the exit gates.

Results:

Buildcom and the Client are very pleased with the outcome of the Distribution Centre. We can proudly say this building was delivered On Time and On Budget.
