Bizarre, amazing, weird but all works of art in their own right. Let’s take a look at some of the strangest designed and built buildings around the globe.
The Museum Moderner Kunst in Austria was turned into a bizarre building when artist Erwin Wurm added a bit of artistic flare to the external façade of this art museum. It is known as “House Attack”
The Ripley’s Believe it or Not! building is located in Niagara, Canada. It shows King Kong on top of the (or destroying ) the Empire State Building. A very popular attraction among tourists.
Wooden Gagster House, Archangelsk in Russia, was built by a “gangster” and stood 13 story’s high. The building was condemned by the city as a fire hazard and the demolition began in 2008.

Not related to the nursery rhyme but “Shoe House” as it was named, located in Pennsylvania, United States, was built by a shoe salesman as an advertising tool. The living room is in the toe!
This is the basket building. It was built by and home to the Longaberger Basket Company, an American manufacturer of hand- crafted maple wood baskets. Its wasn’t a cheap basket to build, 30 million to be exact! Safe to say it is probably the world’s largest basket.
Austria Graz Art Museum is an architectural landmark and it specialises in contemporary art. It has ab organic shape with skin made of iridescent blue acrylic panels.
It’s a place of worship nestled in the rocks of Arizona in the United States. It was completed in 1956. In 2007, Arizonians voted the chapel to be one of the Seven Man-Made Wonders of Arizona.
